Traits Tier List
Traits are the fastest way to tune a decent account into a productive account. Unlike Souls, they are often about making a route feel smoother: better loot yield, better sustain, better stamina flow, or better damage conversion depending on where you are in the progression curve.
Decision Guide
Ascended and Overdrive are the top combat Traits because they improve your ability to convert grind time into kills and boss clears. Treasure Hunter is the best economy Trait early if your route is still chest- and drop-heavy. Focused is the safest middle ground when you want better output without overcommitting to burst.
Pick By Goal
Best combat trait
Ascended is the best broad combat Trait if you want end-to-end damage value.
Best early loot value
Treasure Hunter is the best pace-setting Trait for players still farming chests, drops, and route economy.
Best low-risk keep
Focused is the easiest keep because it improves consistency without forcing a narrow playstyle.
S+ Tier β Meta / God Tier
These are the reroll targets that most clearly change account efficiency.
S Tier β Top Tier
Strong Traits that are worth keeping unless your whole build is moving in a different direction.
A Tier β Strong / Viable
Useful filler Traits that buy time while you save better rerolls.
Luck Boost
+ Useful if your route is heavily tied to luck-dependent drops and chest value
β Much narrower than the best all-purpose combat or economy traits
Energized
+ Solid stamina-focused comfort for long routes
β Not enough damage value to stay premium later
Sturdy
+ Useful defensive bridge trait during shaky progression windows
β Eventually replaced by stronger hybrid or offensive options
Runner
+ Good movement comfort for fresh accounts and map-heavy sessions
β Movement alone cannot compete with damage, loot, or sustain traits later
